Delivery Programme

The TKB Command Centre, complete editorial field manual, intelligence database and planning suite are public as one native application.

1. Foundation and source contract — isolated Astro application, immutable source lock, parity checks, CI and a restricted deployment boundary.
2. MissionChief design system — control-room navigation, evidence markers, cards, responsive tables and accessible mobile layouts.
3. Command Centre and editorial guides — Getting Started, Systems, Services, Strategy, Alliance Operations, reference, contribution and release records are native.
4. Generated intelligence estate — all 1,079 mission pages and 104 resource pages are TKB-native; infrastructure and qualification references are included in the field manual.
5. Search and discovery — native mission/resource search, aliases, filters, relationships, API routes and sitemap are live.
6. Interactive tools — Mission Lookup, Resource Comparison, Concurrent Fleet Planner and Account Readiness are all native and use the local canonical data estate.
7. Public Command Centre release — exact-SHA FTPS deployment, production verification and rollback.
8. Website integration — connect the parent-site MissionChief hub after the live route is verified.

The public Command Centre is the TKB front door. The remaining cutover work is limited to redirecting the former GitHub Pages publication and archiving its standalone repository. GitHub is provenance and contribution infrastructure, not part of the ordinary visitor journey.
