The Crimson Desert Guide may use carefully controlled advertising to help fund hosting, maintenance and continued evidence-led development.

  • The Google AdSense site-verification script is installed.
  • No manual display-ad units are currently active.
  • No unrestricted automatic ad placement has been enabled.
  • Advertising and consent controls will be introduced as separate, reviewable changes.

Advertising never changes evidence grades, guide conclusions, rankings or recommendations. Advertisers cannot buy favourable coverage, priority placement in guide content or changes to verification outcomes.

Advertising must remain visually separate from guide content and must not resemble navigation, search controls, downloads or interactive tools.

Ads must not interrupt the Command Centre, Pywel Atlas, Completion Companion, Build Laboratory, Research Queue, search results, technical diagnostics or spoiler controls.

The guide’s progress, notes, preferences and planning data remain local to the visitor’s browser. Advertising technology must not be allowed to convert those private guide records into remote user profiles.

Consent and privacy controls must be available before advertising features that require them are enabled.

Advertising must preserve:

  • readable desktop and mobile layouts;
  • keyboard and screen-reader accessibility;
  • page performance and layout stability;
  • clear separation between independent guide content and paid material;
  • an obvious method for reviewing privacy and consent choices.

Any advertising implementation that materially damages the guide experience must be reduced, repositioned or removed.
