Work backwards from the deadline

• Confirm the server’s meteor timer and collaboration settings.
• Identify the required research and industrial chain.
• Assign owners to materials, power, transport and construction.
• Publish buy orders and contracts before shortages become emergencies.
• Reserve fuel and critical materials from day-to-day consumption.
• Build redundancy into power, logistics and specialist availability.

Endgame readiness review

Hold a short public review at regular intervals. Record what is complete, what is blocked, who owns the next action and the date of the next check. The best defence is not last-minute heroics; it is a visible supply chain that the entire server can support.
